About Us
Thierry arrived in Dallas in August 1986 after completing a F&B management course from the prestigious Ecole hotèliere de Lausanne Switzerland. He started to work as a cellar manager at The Mansion on Turtle Creek.

The following years he worked at the Ritz Carlton in Houston, the Crescent Court in Dallas and managed Watel’s a small French bistro on Mc Kinney Av. In 2001 Thierry joined the fine wine division of Glazer’s as an On Premise sales representative for 4 years.

At the beginning of 2006, Thierry relocated to Atlanta GA as a portfolio manager for the house of Louis Roederer Champagne and held that position for 8 years. In 2013 he relocated back to Dallas for family reasons and started to work for Kobrand Corp, importer in the US market as French portfolio Specialist for Louis Jadot, Champagne Taittinger and Domaine Zind Humbrecht.

He opened Le Caveau Vinotheque on August 17 th 2017. Thierry is also certified as a chef, received his CSW in 2004 and 1 st level Master Sommelier in 2002.
